Return/Refund Policy

We hate to see you go. But if you are have received an incorrect order please send an email to at Sales@worldofoud.com with the supporting pictures, we will give you a replacement. Any claim for a replacement must be made within 5 days of delivery (wrapped in the original packaging, sealed & unused). We only accept replacement requests with the original package. We do not offer refunds for any of our products.

*Please note all items should be unused and undamaged for all incorrect orders received. 

Item Not Arrived

If your item has not been delivered within 12 days from the day of dispatch, please contact us at Sales@worldofoud.com, providing your order number.

Faulty Items/Broken Items

You have up to 5 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any faulty or broken items. If more than 5 days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To report faulty or broken items, please send an email at Sales@worldofoud.com detailing your concern and attach pictures and/or videos clearly displaying the issue. Our team will review these materials within 7 business days before proceeding with a replacement. Please note that the damaged or faulty item must be returned to us as per the instructions provided in the email.

 

*Note: Once your request is reviewed by our team, we ideally ship the new package within 5 days of your request being approved.
